    • Pixieset, for photo gallery delivery to clients
    • Email service providers, for sending and receiving client communication
    • Google, for analytics and advertising services
  • Legal requirements, when required to comply with valid legal process or to protect our rights, safety, or property
  • Business transfers, if we sell or transfer our business, in which case your information may transfer as part of that transaction

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California law.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations:

  • Inquiry information. We keep contact form submissions and email correspondence indefinitely as part of our business records. We may delete inquiry information on request.
  • Client information and contracts. We keep client records, contracts, and payment information indefinitely. At minimum, we are required to retain financial records for at least 7 years to comply with tax and legal obligations.
  • Photo galleries and image files. Online galleries are hosted per our service agreement with clients. Original image files are retained indefinitely as part of our professional archive and portfolio.
  • Analytics data. Per Google's default retention settings.

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time. See Your Privacy Rights below. We may be unable to delete certain records that we are legally required to retain, such as tax records and signed contracts.

California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, share, and retain
  • Access a copy of your personal information
  • Delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, please contact us and we will delete it.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
